Job Description

  • Contributing to the success of project delivery (Consulting & Training) with our clients
  • Assuring the quality delivery of task assigned during projects (internal & external)
  • Contributing to the success of Product Improvement or new Product Development
  • Contributing to Objective Key Results (OKR) of our Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs)

  • Involved in Kaizen Events in the Operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management and other technical Degree from reputable university with GPA min. 3,00.
  • Fresh graduate or have work experience min. 1 year, preferably on audit/quality assurance.
  • Have basic understanding on business process management & the implementation of ISO 9001 would be great.
  • Leadership experience in student organization or other non-curricular activities
  • Good computer skill, strong team player and enjoy traveling.
  • Professional writing ability

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
  • Previous internship experience is an asset
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong drive for continuous learning, self initiative and motivation.
