Telesales Portfolio Supervisor

Description
Improve company product offering by phone thaat are more accurate and targeted.
Telesales supervises and coordinates the daily activities of telesales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone, typically by using a pre-established sales script.
Prepare sales assignments, trains sales staff, and tracks sales team progress towards meeting quotas.
Achieve Revenue Basic and Revenue Value Added Services target by following standard operation procedure and selling practices
Achieve Target TRX (transaction) that has beed given by organization
Ensure quality of selling by minimizing TRX misseling based on policy & procedure
Requirements
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Telemarketing or a relative role.
Minimum Bachelor Degree level in any major. A bachelor's degree is an advantageous
Good communication skills and fluent in English both written and spoken.
Customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
Excellent skills in presentations (Both explanations and Presentations Appearances)
Selling skills by phone
Analytical skills, problem-solving
An active and self-driven person

Graphic Design Internship

Description
- Create creative content and caption on our internal social media or external social media (instagram @lifeatlinknet)
- Help create and edit video campaign
- Excellent to use adobe family software (illustrator, photoshop, and premiere)
- Give fresh and new ideas for Branding
Requirements
1. Excellent in Adobe Family (Photoshop, Illustrator, Etc)
