1. Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering major, preferably from reputable University
2. Max. 28 years old
3. Male/Female
4. Fluent in English/Mandarin/Arabic
5. At least 1 year working experience in Manufacturing field, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
6. Good sense of responsibility and serious working attitude
7. Strong analytical and logical thinking, good communication skill, able to work within a team and individually
8. Good understanding of structural design, assembly process, process designing, and fixture
9. Have basic understanding of electrical conponents and the working principle
10. Willing to relocate to Cikupa, and work in shifts

1. Response and analyze production abnormal quickly, take care product in progress, abnormal material, and risk products efficiently; Ensure continuity of production and quality of process.
2. Analyze and give countermeasure to top 3 NG according to the data from abnormal report or MES system; Continuously improve Appearance Pass Rate/Total Appearance Pass Rate, and OQC Pass Rate.
3. Lead all appearance, structural, material, and process problem analysis, and find the solving solution. Control, push the improvement for future projects, and make sure that the same problem does not happen again. 4. Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient, to ensure the consistency and manufacturability of the product.
4. Continuously maintain and improve packing processes.
5. Continuously improve the process and reduce the process loss in the assembly process.
