TECHNICIAN

This Position Responsible for Assembly of product at Custom Solution Workshop and support to all related process such as material transaction, inspection, calibrations, toolsleguipment maintenance and inventory. Generally, to support Service Department Operation.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Working closely with Field Service Manager/Service Manager/ Engineer related to execute custom solution order at Custom Solution Workshop based on available procedure.
  2. Maintain all tools and tooling use for assembly was maintain and record properly.
  3. Maintain all records reguired by procedure related to custom solution operation, such as product inspection record, traceability record.
  4. Maintain good housekeeping and safety environments in workplace to meet company and industry standard.
  5. Support other Custom Solution Team/Service Team when reguired in service operation such as drafting, bidding, and administration support.
  6. Any other duties assigned.

  2. Have strong technical skills with electrical & mechanical.
  3. Minimum 1 years of experience in related role.

SALES ENGINEER

This position is an sales role that sells Swagelok product, services, and solutions using technical and sales skills to influence customers and assist them in applying our products and services to their needed applications resulting in revenue generation. Also helping with our new, exciting services business which looks at new ways to help customers win (such as on-site inspection services, fabrication, and bespoke training).

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and grow territory: Actively research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities. Develop sales territory planning and sales area assessment for each sales associate. Develop sales target together with the team.
  2. Conducting Sales Activities: An inside sales Engineer is responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, responding to customer inguiries, and closing deals.
  3. Identifying Customer Needs: An inside sales Engineer should be able to identify the customer's needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Develop and maintain relationship with new and current customer: Maintain communication with new and current customers through cold calling and networking by understanding customer needs and providing excellent services.
  5. Conducting Product Demonstrations: An inside sales Engineer should be able to demonstrate products and services to customers and answer any guestions they may have.
  6. Maintaining Sales Records: An inside sales Engineer should keep track of all sales activities, including customer information, sales data, and other relevant information in CRM (HubSpot) daily.
  7. Communicate the activities, pipelines and progress in a clear and simply manner including the managing through CRM. 
  8. Collaborating: An inside sales Engineer should work closely with other members of the Sales & Marketing Team and Operation Team to provide solutions to the customer and any other jobs assigned.
  9. Participating: An inside sales Engineer should participate in Swagelok U to learn and upgrade on Swagelok products knowledge and participate in sales training programs to enhance their knowledge and skills and stay up to date on the latest sales technigues and trends.
  10. Meeting Sales Targets: An inside sales Engineer should work towards achieving their sales targets by following a structured sales process and continuously improving their sales technigues.
  11. Providing Sales Reports: An inside sales Engineer should provide regular reports to their sales manager, detailing their sales activities and progress towards meeting their sales target such as monitoring the result, pipelines and activities.

  • Do you have the gualities we are looking for?
  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or other strong scientific/technical field (engineering physic, chemical engineering, mechanical & metallurgy engineering)
  2. Sales experience is preferable
  3. Strong Engineering background with minimum 2 years working experience. Fresh Graduates are open to apply.
  4. Computer literate — Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and mobile solutions
  5. Good communication skills in English — verbal and written
  6. Time management skills / ability to work under pressure
