About the Role:
* Lead and manage a team of structural engineers.
* Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
* Oversee the design and drafting of structural engineering projects, focusing on singleand double-storey houses.
* Ensure all projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
* Maintain a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
* Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes.
About You:
* Highly skilled in both verbal and written English communication
* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Proven experience in structural engineering, particularly with residential projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Familiarity with Australian building codes and regulations is a plus.
