Future Leaders Program is a hiring development program (Management Trainee) with training class and on the job training 6 months training class and on the job training (OJT) designed to develop competent and promising future employees in line with Inline Group company's values, competences, and expectations, who will be prepared to become in Inline Group next future leaders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mining, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about sales, service, and spare parts management.
Adaptability and willingness to learn inafast-paced environment.
Haveasense of leadership.
Team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
A basic understanding of sales, minig, mechanics, and logistics principles is advantageous.
Fluency in English: additional languages, especially Mandarin, is a plus.
Willing to be placed in Maluku Utara.
