Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Has strong knowledge in startups, tech companies, Saas companies.
- Proven experience with minimum 4 years of experience in business development and partnership with Retail, Finance or FMCG companies.
- Experience in strategic partnership, B2B Sales, and sales presentation.
- Experience in reporting results, insights and sales data through various dashboards.
- Experience with all Buyers/ Reseller/ Agents, especially with a good connection with micro, small, medium size stores (MSMEs). · Creative mind and want to go extra miles to bring significant growth.
- Driven and outgoing personality.
Job Description :
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the company business.
- Identify and research potential partners / merchants.
- Develop and maintain partner relationships.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms with partners and communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
- Make and give presentations to prospective partners.
2. Enterprise Sales
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise sales (tech industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms are more desirable).
- Proven track record in closing enterprise deals in previous roles/company.
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
- Ability to present analyses and break down technical concepts into simple terms to present to diverse, technical, and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients in need of domestic and cross-border remittance services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our remittance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise client organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients and also understand their business needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
3. Product Management Intern
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or Fresh Graduate in any discipline
- Strong interest in user research, data analysis, and product optimization.
- Interest in Financial Technology products.
- Understanding the basic tools for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Redash) and user research (e.g., survey platforms, usability testing tools, user interview).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
User Research:
· Assist in planning and conducting user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
· Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with the UX/UI team to develop user personas, journey maps, and user scenarios.
Data Analysis:
· Collect and analyze quantitative data from user interactions, A/B tests, and analytics tools.
· Create and maintain reports to track user behavior, engagement metrics, and product performance.
· Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support product optimization efforts.
Optimization:
· Work with product managers and designers to prioritize and implement product improvements based on research findings.
· Contribute to the development of hypotheses and test plans for optimization experiments.
· Monitor the impact of changes and gather feedback to ensure continuous enhancement of the product.
Documentation & Communication:
· Document research findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
· Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in meetings and reports.
· Support cross-functional teams by providing user-centered insights to guide product development.
