Job Summary:

PT Indonesia Equipment Centre invites dynamic individuals to join our  Customer Development Consultant  Management Trainee program in Kalimantan, Sumatera, Halmahera and Sulawesi. This intensive training grooms future leaders in  Customer Development Consultant  management through a blend of classroom and hands-on experiences, preparing them for a successful career in the total solution sector.

A program to create leaders in the field of Customer Development Consultant Business through Training and Business Development Programs in the field of Dump truck Heavy Equipment (Motor Sights).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mining, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about sales, service, and spare parts management.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a sense of leadership.
• Team player with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• A basic understanding of sales, mining, mechanics, and logistics principles is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Mandarin, is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan, Sumatera, Sulawesi & Maluku Utara.
