1. Mining Engineer (Product Specialist)

    About the Role

    We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced mine engineer to provide technical pre-sales expertise, client training, and        ongoing support for our state-of-the-art software solutions. This position will suit an experienced mining engineer with a          keen interest in commercial engagement and client success.

    Reporting to the Regional Product Manager, you’ll leverage your technical mining expertise to enhance client experiences        and drive solution adoption within the Indonesian market.

    Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering.
• Proven experience in mining operations, with expertise in pit design, pit optimization, mine planning, and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex mining challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable engaging in a commercial setting and fostering client relationships.
• Strong public speaking skills and a passion for delivering training to clients.
• An established network in Mining, specifically hard rock/mineral companies.

2. Geologist (Product Specialist)

    About the Role 

    We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geologist to provide technical pre-sales expertise, client training, and     ongoing support for our state-of-the-art software solutions. This position will suit an experienced Geologist with a keen     interest in commercial engagement and client success.

    Reporting to the Regional Product Manager, you’ll leverage your technical expertise to enhance client experiences and drive     solution adoption within the Indonesian market.

    Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Experience as a Geologist.
• Hands-on experience with Geological software tools. Ideally with the Micromine software suite.
• Previous experience with technical support and training would be beneficial.
• Excellent English communication skills.
