Role description
We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented Geoscience Support Specialist to join our team. This
role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in seismic
petrophysics, geophysics, or geoscience who are passionate about applying their technical
knowledge in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will support customer interactions,
training, technical engagements and professional services.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide technical support and guidance to clients using GeoSoftware products.
· Assist in delivering training sessions, demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, professional services, and onboarding for new users.
· Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
· Help develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
· Participate in client meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance user experience.
· Collaborate with product and development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
· Stay current with industry trends and software updates to provide informed support.

Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petrophysics, Geophysics, Geoscience, or a similar Earth Science
- +3 years of experience working on the Seismic Petrophysics, Rock physics, Geophysics,
- preferrable experience with client interactions.
- Experience with GeoSoftware or similar geoscience software tools.
- Exposure to training delivery or technical support roles.
- Well versed with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Speak fluent Spanish and English languages
- Located in the LAM region
Desired:
- Experience using one or more of GeoSoftware’s products
- Exposure to the usage of one or more of the GeoSoftware family of products (PowerLog, HampsonRussell, Jason, or InsightEarth)
- Experience with GeoSoftware or similar geoscience software tools.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software
- Speak Portuguese
Travel
- Travel might be required for customer supporting, training delivery and/or attendance to
industry events/tradeshows.
