Lowongan Kerja PT Geoservices 1. Business & Partnership Analyst
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics or Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Has a strong understanding of business processes and a business-oriented perspective.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities :
· Prepare regular sales report for each principal, including, client or prospect visit outcomes, progress of ongoing project, and upcoming business opportunities.
· Communicate with principals to provide updates on sales activities, potential business leads, and OE (Owner Expectation) pricing benchmarks, as well as to maintain effective communication between principals and clients.
· Assist in following up and monitoring client payment processes until received by the company, and ensure timely payments from the company to the principals.
Receive draft agreements between new principals and the company.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing.
• Experience in Mining, Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
Responsibilities :
• Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers, including pricing and delivery timelines.
• Evaluating vendor performance and building strong relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Managing the purchasing process from requisition to payment.
• Tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and verifying the quality of goods.
• Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and price trends.
Requirements :
• Pendidikan S1 Manajemen
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai Project Admin minimal 1 tahun
• Dapat menggunakan Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Bahasa Inggris Aktif (lisan maupun tulisan)
• Mampu membuat time schedule
Responsibilities :
• Menyiapkan segala keperluan dokumen yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan project
• Follow up dokumen project ke pihak terkait dan follow up proses approval dokumen project
• Support schedule & operasional project
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim project mengenai seluruh dokumen dan pekerjaan
• Membuat surat jalan dan berita acara pengiriman dan penerimaan barang
• Membuat progress pekerjaan harian, mingguan, bulanan dan progress penagihan
