Bachelor degree from any major.
Have minimal 2 years experience in handling, manage, and have good relationship with distributor to reach the sales target and product penetration.
Excellent in communication and can build good relationship with people in new environment.
Excellent in managing execution and strong in problem solving.

Web Apps Engineer Spv

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Develop, modify, and enhance applications in accordance with IT Product functional specifications, while adhering to established standards, internal software development guidelines, and security policies.
2. Perform system internal testing to ensure applications are free from bugs and functional issues, and implement necessary fixes before delivery to the IT Product team.
3. Prepare and maintain well-structured technical documentation to support future development and system maintenance.
4. Execute development processes in alignment with agreed standards and timelines to support smooth business operations.
5. Execute and monitor assigned tasks to ensure completion within defined targets and deadlines.
6. Provide support and monitoring assistance to the Sales team to ensure operational effectiveness.
7. Support the Sales team in the closing process to help achieve business targets.
Kualifikasi
1. Have min. 3 years in Web Development Area
2. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science or Engineering
3. Familiar with FrontEnd and BackEnd Development
4. Experienced with C#/VB Programming Languange, .Net Core Framework, Entity Framework (EF), ADO .NET, JavaScript , Jquery, SQL & NoSQL Database, Rest API
5. Driving for Result, Customer Orientation, Optimizing Execution, Web-Based Application, Database Design & Normalization

IT Support

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Memberikan dukungan (support) harian kepada user terkait kebutuhan IT
Menerima dan menangani komplain/permintaan IT (incident & request) melalui telepon, chat, email, maupun ticketing system
Melakukan troubleshooting dan penyelesaian masalah IT secara efektif
Membuat dokumentasi dan laporan terkait penanganan issue IT
Membantu pengelolaan, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan jaringan di site
Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan maintenance hardware & software
Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Komputer & Jaringan, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait
Memahami dasar-dasar: Sistem Operasi (Windows/Linux), Jaringan komputer (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP dasar), Remote Desktop & troubleshooting user, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting hardware, software, dan network dasar
Terbiasa menggunakan ticketing system (nilai tambah)
Memahami instalasi dan konfigurasi perangkat IT (PC, printer, jaringan)
