1. Responsibilities for leading and providing back office functional supports.

2. Ensure successful delivery of back office deliverables to internal users, including issue management and resolution, change

3. Request design, implementation, hands-on configuration, testing, setup, and or upgrade existing applications

4. Also be in-charge of the constant improvement and enhancement of the back-office systems

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Strong communication skills, interpersonal and presentations skills

Good written and verbal communication in English 
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information System
  • Minimum 3-4 years work experience in back office operation or Project implementation
  • Experienced with business process improvement or system/ERP implementation
  • Strong knowledge in basic accounting principle and finance operation is a plus
  • Good communication skill to deal with multiple stakeholders
