  1. AIdentifying and analyzing data, reporting and giving feedback on the findings to relevant managers, and advising on changes and improvements are all part of the role.

  2. Becomes a point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc people data and analytics requests.

  3. Maintain people analytic dashboard and communicate key HC metrics to Head of Strategic Human Capital, Chief Human Capital Officer, and other related functions.

  4. Analyze and set HC metrics to identify and measure internal business process initiatives or improvement program results

  5. Partnering with all HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Business Partner, Learning and Development, and People Operations) to support ongoing operational analytics efforts.

  6. Choose applicable People Analytics technologies to provide reporting, analytics, visualizations, and predictive analytics. Your selection must incorporate into a single system the various source data for HR, talent, engagement, organizational network analysis, and operational and business outcome data.

  7. Monitor and regularly upgrade the people analytics platform to address current and emerging business needs.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  1. Minimum age 28-35 years old

  2. Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources management, Industrial Engineering, or other related function.

  3. Minimum 5 years' experience in this field.

  4. Strong quantitative skills and confidence with analytical tools - Excel / Google Sheets and SQL are a minimum; R, SPSS, Python, Google Data Visualization, etc. are a plus

  5. Curiosity and willingness to learn about the latest HR trends and research

  6. Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
