JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Control defects in production and do analysis to get improvement
2. During new model or trial need to evaluate and solve all of problems happened3. Make sure products send to market achieve base on standard regulation
4. Follow up market complain by investigation and analysis for improvement
5. Guide PQC, AQC how to control production process and inspection
6. Verify all of problem finding whether low or high risk and also able to judge phenomena defect
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- REQUIRMENT1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Mechanical Engineering
2. Have a good understanding regarding structure, assembly process, jig and various electronic component
3. Fluent in English / Mandarin / Arabic
4. Have a good job responsibility, serious work attitude, good communication skill, and teamwork
5. Willing to work overtime and working location is in Cikupa, Tangerang
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Response and analyze production abnormal quickly
2. Analyze and give countermeasure to top 3 NG according to the data from abnormal report or system
3. Continuously improve Appearance Pass Rate/Total Appearance Pass Rate, and AQC Pass Rate
4. Lead all structural process problem analysis, and find the solving solution
5. Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient
6. Continuously improve the process and reduce the process loss in the assembly process
