2. QA Intern
Role instructions:
Are you ready to bug hunting? Our SQA team is looking for pest control to kill all the bugs!
Finding a bug on a rose probably won’t detract from its beauty. Unlike the case, finding bugs in the apps or software might be a serious problem and lead to customer dissatisfaction.
A buggy app could ruin a couple’s honeymoon plan to the Maldives by not being able to proceed to the payment page. Or perhaps, could mess the Afgan Fans plan to get tickets for The concert of Afgan Rossa by not being able to click the “book now” button.
At tiket.com, we want to build top-notch quality apps and make sure our customers get seamless experiences while using our apps to book hotels, flights, events, or any other products. Our purpose is to become the most consumer-centric Online Travel Agent (OTA) by simplifying tourism using the technology that we develop. This is a great opportunity for hungry, agile, and quality-oriented Software Quality Assurance to help us on hunting the flaws and glitches in our technology.

Your main duties in flying with us:
- Do exploratory testing to found the bug on our mobile apps
- Report and manage bug reports and actively communicate with the team
- Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases using Test Case Management Tools
- Handle Frontend for Web and Mweb
- Last year student or Fresh Graduate
- Preferably majoring in IT, System Information, or related
- Has at least the basic knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
- Has a willingness to learn new things regarding testing
- Ability and proficiency in English

3. IT Support Intern
Job Description:
- Assist IT Support team day-to-day asset administration, variuos projects, and asset audit
- Assist IT Support team in adding assets into the Workday database
- Assist IT Support team in barcoding and labelling newly received IT assets
- Assist IT Support team in sorting out assets at IT Storage
- Assist IT Support team in preparing asset disposal
- Assist IT Support team in preparing old asset auction
- Assist IT Support team in preparing asset data for audit
- Assist IT Support team in documenting asset lifecycle procedures: provision, deprovision, service escalation, decommission

5. Business Intelligence Intern
Job Descriptions:
- To help on the task delivery of Business Intelligence (report and analysis) and understand the table relations in the Data Warehouse.
- Contribute on task delivery such as performing descriptive analysis, and enhancing dashboard/query for data warehouse
- Get deeper understanding of ideal Business Intelligence Architecture in the OTA industry
- Minimum a third year undergraduate student
- Willing to do internship for at least 6 months, starting soon
- Have experience as a Business Intelligence/ Data Analyst Intern is good to have
- Familiar with SQL and Data Warehousing
- Familiar with reporting tools (e.g Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
- Familiar with Python is a value-added

7. Social Media Intern
Job Overview:
To be in charge of planning and managing organic social media in order to achieve company objectives and key results. Also learn to identifying social media trend and analysis the campaign
Job Responsibilities:
- To support manage the day-to-day content plan and create weekly editorial calendars to promote our always on campaign on our social media channel (Facebook & Instagram)
- Liaise with internal production regarding design and content execution through tiket platform
- Identify latest trends to capitalized on the power of trend
- To support all digital activity on tiket and daily posting on all channel
- Actively manage social media comments in order to increase Engagement Rate and Followers growth
- To support manage social media contests/giveaways (compiling data)
- To do competitor analysis regularly & able to learn to give the best recommendation towards organizations
- Highly creative and initiative to create content and adapt the brand’s voice
- To support preparing draft reports on every post by weekly and monthly
- Liaise with vendor regarding quality control content tiket.com and also influencer community
- Social Media Enthusiast with in-dept knowledge of various social media platforms
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills to create content and adapt the brand’s voice to a variety of different social media platforms (Twitter)
- Highly creative and initiative with representative on each social media platform
