Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or similar roles.

3. Mastering the basics of sales & Marketing.

4. Knowledgeable and skilled in data collection methods from the internet and performing basic analysis.

5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on attention to detail.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Must Fluent in English, Speak Mandarin is a plus.

8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Posisi Jabatan : Total Rewards Supervisor

Requirements :

1. Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Financial management/Accounting, Human Resources Management, Engineering.

2. 3 - 7 years related experience in employee compensation program or financial/accounting or data modeling.

3. Excellent analytical skills 

4. Excellent presentation and communication skills

5. Fluency in English both writing and speaking.

6. Excellent computer skills (MS Office with mastery in Excell)

7. Creative and innovative

8. Able to work both independently  with less supervision and as a team.
