  • Responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, order, tidiness, and appearance of Pacific Place Mall and co-working space. 
  • Ensure the work of third parties, in accordance with guidelines, work instructions, SOP's, and other regulations such as area management regulations, or related agencies such as the Environment Agency. 
  • Coordinate work plans related to/or need support from other related Departements, such as Engineering, HSE, Security, and PSS. 
  • Regulate Plotting, and division of tasks to SPV Housekeeping. 
  • Make an action plan and submit a budget to the Manager. 
  • Reporting the implementation of Housekeeping work to the Manager. 
  • Provide alternative solutions/recommendations to Managers if there are problems in the field. 
  • Update or provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Manager 
Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Minimum D3 all major 
  • Have experience minimum 5 years as same field 
  • Have knowledge of standards of cleanliness, tidiness, beauty, and comfort in all areas of the building. 
  • Housekeeping operational skills 
  • Mastering computer programs (MS Office) 
  • Basic English comunication skills
