1. Responsible for all work coordination within departments and division that both relate directly or indirectly to VP OSS (including but not limited to meeting arrangements, reports, etc).
2. Responsible for ensuring all administrative document flow to and from VP OSS (for approvals, etc) are correct.
3. Ensuring that all administrative and non administrative need of VP OSS are asissted accordingly.
4. Assist in all other things as requested and needed by the OSS division team, i.e. active participation in marketing programs, and other corporate programs.
