  • Create and execute Training Need Analysis
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Design and deliver learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contract.


Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor's Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 5(five) years of experience as Learning & Development Specialist.
  • Having experience working in Manufacturing Industry is an advantage.
  • Possess deep knowledge of Training Need Analysis and able to translate organizational requirements into clear and specific L&D needs.
  • Possess deep knowledge of Competency Assessment Processes.
  • Able to develop a comprehensive L&C programs and activities that meet the skills gaps identified.
  • Able to perform excellent and effective training delivery
  • Able to communicate effectively and strong influencing skills
  • Able to plan L&C budgets and forecasting associated tools.
  • Fluent in English.
