  • Directing and coordinating the preparation and improvement of the Division's strategy according to the authority of the field of duty to ensure its alignment with the Company's vision, mission and strategy 


  • Responsible for planning, development and management of Bank Raya Information Technology application systems including core banking system, branch delivery system, management support system and business process support to support Bank Raya's business activities effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable regulations/policies and achieve the set target 

  • Directing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of Risk Management in the Division in order to minimize the occurrence of risks in the Division  

    At least 10 years experience as a minimum manager.  

    • Strategic mindset with demonstrated experience in implementing system development.  

    • Expert communication skills and ability to influence leadership.  

    • Experienced manager with focus on coaching and mentoring cross  

    • functional team members.  

    • Strong knowledge of various system development tools and automation testing.  

    • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate and build strong relationships with  

    • other teams to support development and implementation of solutions.  

    • Project management skills plans, organizes, motivates, and controls resources to achieve specified project goals and objectives while respecting defined constraints.  

    • Decision making skills: Solicits and objectively considers input from appropriate sources; Considers implications of actions on other areas, people, and processes when deciding.
