  •  Conduct feasibility study on current land bank 


  •  Came up with new concept and feasibility study that is efficient and profitable  

  •  Conduct calculation on new land prospect 

  •  Work together with contractors (internal and external) during the design and development  

  •  Set up Quality Surveyance team  

  •  Plan and formulate effective project activities 

  •  Formulate pricing strategy with the marketing team 

  •  Develop project timelines with clear, achievable goals and thorough understanding of the time required to prepare and execute 

  •  Build and maintain strong relationship with contractors and other supporting third parties 

  • Lead, motivate and manage team
