  • Maintain and Support Application such as : Billing System, BSS/OSS System, CRM System, Linknet/Firstmedia Mobile Application; 
  • Must able to identified symptom of Application problem/error; 
  • Good communication and able to serve out of office hour (due pandemic situation, some of users are WFH).

  • At least Diploma from Information Technology / System;  
  • Minimal 2 years experiences in IT Application or System; 
  • Having passion in IT System Hardware / Software; 
  • Good understanding about OSS Concept & BSS Telco Company; 
  • Good understanding and experiences in SQL Language; 
  • Experiences in using DevOps Applications Tools; 
  • Good understanding and experiences in using Micro Services; 
  • Good understanding and experiences in using Billing System & CRM; 
  • Willing to be placed at Karawaci, Tangerang with contract employment status and shifting working time (max 10 pm).
