  • Responsible in planning and monitoring budgeting data. 

  • Develop the remuneration system in the company, include but not limited to; Salary Structure, Benefit, and Reward. 

  • Monitoring and analyze the remuneration system to make sure it can be competitive and attractive. 

  • Update with the attracting remuneration trend, package, and standard. 

  • Maintain and review regularly to company regulation regarding to compensation and benefit. 

  • Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data. 

 



Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major, preferably from Human Resources Management / Accounting / Banking. 
  • At least 3 years experiences in the related field. 
  • Experiences in using HRIS (any program). 
  • Good knowledge in standard benefit concept (BPJS, Insurances, Festive Allowances). 
  • Excellence in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Good interpersonal, analytical, and management skill. 
  • Willing to be placed at Karawaci Tangerang and start with contract employment status.
